What happens once i purchase my package?

Rosie who will be in touch via email within 24hrs to lock in your consultation - which can be done via video call or over the phone. Whatever you prefer. Read more about How It Works


I've completed my style profile but it won't let me proceed?

Ensure that you have completed every question marked as "required". If the question requires an answer you must fill in the field before the order can be processed.


I've added the "shop & dELIVER" service, but what if i don't like everything or it doesn't fit?

How Shop & Deliver works:

  • Full payment for your Shopping Edit will be required up front. Full payment for your Shopping Edit will be required up front. Payment options include Credit (Rosie will send you a Payment request for the amount owing, which can be paid with your credit card), Direct Deposit, Pay Pal or Stripe. If you prefer to pass on your credit card details for items to be purchased or for use to purchase using After Pay / Zip Pay, discuss this with Rosie in your initial consult call.
  • Notify us via hello@myvirtualstylist.com.au if there are any pieces you want to return back
  • Return items as per instructions provided, and let us take care of the rest.
  • Once returned items have been received and inspected to ensure they are in brand new condition with tags still attached, a refund for the items returned will be issued to you immediately.

I would just prefer a face to face personal styling session with rosie - do i also have to purchase a digital package?

No. You can book time in with Rosie for Personal Styling sessions independent of the digital packages on offer or in addition to them. Read more about what to expect during a personal styling session here


I want to PURCHASE personal styling for someone else - is that possible?

Yes. Gift Vouchers are available for all the Digital Personal Styling packages on offer as well as time with Rosie for in-person personal styling. See all the details on the Gift Voucher page.


i don't like everything in my shopping edit - what should i do?

All packages allow you the opportunity give feedback on your Shopping Edit and Style Guide before proceeding to the next steps. However, please feel free to drop Rosie an email at hello@myvirutalstylist.com.au anytime during the process to voice your concerns or ask additional questions about anything you're not sure of. Rosie is always happy to provide additional explanation and guidance where possible.


I've referred a friend, how do i receive my referral credit?

For every friend you refer your account will be credited up to $10 to put towards in-person or additional services. There is a spot in the Style Guide to nominate the person who referred you. An email with your GV will be sent to you once the order is finalised. You can put this credit towards any of the digital packages or Style Consultation.
